How to Report a Bug
If you encounter an issue while using the app, please include the following information in your email to help us investigate and fix it quickly:
- Device and OS version – e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.2 or Samsung Galaxy S24, Android 15.
- App version – found in the app under Settings → About.
- Steps to reproduce – a clear description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
- What you expected to happen – describe the expected behaviour.
- What actually happened – describe what you saw instead.
- Screenshots or screen recordings – if possible, attach a screenshot or recording that shows the issue.
- Resort or location – if the bug is map or navigation related, let us know which resort you were using.
The more detail you provide, the faster we can diagnose and resolve the problem.
Beta Expectations
Varda is currently in beta. We appreciate you helping us shape the product during this early stage. Please keep the following in mind:
- Best-effort support – we will do our best to respond to all bug reports and feedback, but response times may be longer than a fully released product.
- Bugs and rough edges – as a beta, you may encounter unexpected behaviour, crashes, or incomplete features. Your reports are invaluable in helping us improve.
- Data may be reset – during the beta period, account data or settings may occasionally be reset as we iterate on the service.
- Features may change – functionality and the user interface may change significantly between beta releases based on your feedback.
- Not for safety-critical use – the app is a navigational aid only. Always use your own judgment and awareness on the mountain. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Delete Your Account
You have the right to request deletion of your Varda account and associated personal data at any time. Follow the steps below to submit a request.
- Send an email to info@bluebirdmountainltd.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your registered email address – the email address you used to sign in to Varda – so we can locate and verify your account.
- Confirm your request – briefly state that you wish to have your account and all associated personal data deleted.
- Wait for confirmation – we will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
